The service

Quotmora helps contractors prepare, send and record acceptance of quotes. Contractors set their own prices and are responsible for the accuracy of their quotes and for their contract terms, including any wording their state requires.

Acceptance records

When a homeowner accepts a quote, Quotmora records what was accepted, the typed name, time, IP address and device. This is a record of agreement to the quote. Quotmora does not provide legal advice.

Subscriptions

Plans renew automatically until canceled. Trials are free for 7 days and do not require a card. If a payment fails, access becomes read-only after a grace period; data is never deleted for non-payment, and sent quotes stay viewable by homeowners. You can export your data at any time.
